Eight Bees named to CSC Academic All-District Teams

Leyre Antonanzas, Irene Artabe, Grace Bobeldyk, Annaliese Bowser, Jonas Friess, Juan Gomez, Brett Jones and Marat Usov were named to the 2024-25 Academic All-District NAIA Swimming & Diving Team as selected by College Sports Communicators (CSC).

The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) released the 2025 Daktroncis NAIA Scholar-Athletes awards earlier today. Of the winter student-athletes at St. Ambrose, 66 (3 men's basketball, 4 women's basketball, 6 competitive cheer, 11 competitive dance, 25 men's swimming and diving, 12 women's swimming and diving, and 5 men's wrestling) were named NAIA Scholar-Athletes.

The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) announced St. Ambrose as a Scholar All-America Team for the Fall 2024 semester. To earn this prestigious recognition, teams were required to achieve a grade point average (GPA) above 3.0 during the Fall 2024 semester.
SAU recognizes seniors in winning home finale

St. Ambrose recognized its seniors during the final home competition of the year Friday night at the Davenport Central Natatorium. The Bees also claimed victory on Senior Night as the women defeated Augustana 136-110 and the men defeated both Augustana (166-85) and Coe (190-26).

Bills and Coetzer honored as Athletes of the Month; Women's Soccer named Team of the Month

Marissa Bills (women's bowling) and Jayden Coetzer (men's swimming and diving) were named the Fighting Bees Female and Male Athletes of the Month in October, respectively, selected by the Sports information Department. The women's soccer team earned the October Team of the Month honors as they were unbeaten in the month of October to go on a seven-game win-streak.
