Mar. 24
Brandon Matias - baseball player
Matias batted .458 (11-for-24) with five home runs and three doubles to help St. Ambrose to a 5-1 week. He scored nine runs and drove in three while also walking three times.
Mar. 10
Matthew Meyers - eSports Rocket League
Meyers recorded 10 goals, three assists and three saves in a 3-0 win over Graceland. St. Ambrose won the three games by scores of 8-2, 5-2 and 7-2.
Mar. 3
Michael Bos - men's volleyball
Bos hit a .553 clip and averaged 2.82 kills per set. He also totaled five blocks in three matches played. Bos never hit less than .500 over the week's three matches. In a five-set conference win over Viterbo, Bos swung for 14 kills. Against Trinity Christian, the sophomore hitter produced 11 kills on 14 chances.
Jaime Febres - men's tennis
Febres helped SAU move to 7-1 on the season by winning two matches in a 6-1 team win over Simpson. He earned a 6-0, 6-0 victory at No. 4 singles and paired with Miguel Sampaio for a 6-1 win at No. 2 doubles.
Feb. 24
Kyle Schelonka - eSports Rocket League
Schelonka scored five goals and had five assists, to go along with five saves, in a 3-0 win over Central Methodist. SAU won the three games by scores of 6-5, 7-1 and 2-1.
Will Spriggs - men's basketball defensive
Spriggs posted six steals, two blocked shots and three rebounds to go along with a career-high 35 points and four assists in a 103-101 loss to Saint Xavier. He then had three rebounds and a steal in a 78-72 win over Trinity Christian.
Feb. 10
Dylan Grandon - men's indoor track
Grandon won the 600m and 1000m runs, and anchored the first-place 4x400m relay team, at the CCAC Indoor Track & Field Championships. For his efforts, he was named Outstanding Track Performer and MVP of the Championships.
Taye Owten - AMC Cheer Tumbler of the Week
Owten performed two total standing passes and two running passes, and flied a double full basket in a new spot at the beginning of the routine to help SAU win the York Crown Classic with a score of 89.83. The team earned 9.0 tumbling points on execution and 10.0 in difficulty.
Ryan Russo - AMC Cheer Stunter of the Week
Russo led SAU to a first-place finish at the York Crown Classic with an overall team score of 89.83. He contributed to all stunting sections within the routine of elite stunts, baskets and pyramids, earning 14.1 stunt points on difficulty and 12.0 on execution.
Jan. 6
Jayden Terronez - men's wrestler
Terronez finished second at NIACC's Battle for the Helmet. The 165-pounder won a pair of matches by fall, the first one coming in 4:24 and the second in 3:54.
Dec. 23
Guillermo Narbona - men's basketball defensive
Narbona averaged 11.0 rebounds, 2.7 steals and 1.0 blocks to help St. Ambrose to a 3-0 week. He posted 11 defensive rebounds, four steals and a block in a win over Calumet before totaling nine rebounds, three steals and two blocks against Missouri Baptist. He closed the week with a double-double of 10 points and 13 rebounds to go along with three steals.
Will Spriggs - men's basketball offensive
Spriggs averaged 20.0 points, 3.7 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.0 steals over three wins, shooting nearly 53 percent from the floor and 45 percent from 3-point range. He also shot nearly 90 percent from the line.
Nov. 11
Kenia Diaz Vega - women's volleyball defender
Diaz Vega earned her third weekly honor after averaging 7.0 digs per set over two matches. She had 31 digs in a 3-1 win over St. Francis then picked up 18 digs against Nebraska Wesleyan.
Tomele Staples - football offensive
Staples threw for a school-record 452 yards in leading St. Ambrose to a 50-22 win at Clarke. He tossed six touchdown passes, finishing just one shy of another school record.
Nov. 4
Kaitlyn Brunson - women's soccer offensive
Brunson earned her third weekly honor after scoring four goals over a pair of matches. In helping the Bees win the regular-season CCAC championship, Brunson leads the conference in goals (13), assists (7), points (33) and game-winning goals (5).
Kenia Diaz Vega - women's volleyball defender
Diaz Vega recorded 30 digs in two matches. She picked up 33 against Indiana Northwest and 30 against Indiana South Bend, both five-set wins. Diaz Vega averaged 6.14 digs per set and produced a .965 reception percentage.
Mackenzie Grafton - women's volleyball attacker
Grafton posted a pair of double-doubles while averaging nearly four kills per set. She collected 20 kills and 20 digs in a win over Indiana Northwest and added 18 kills and 15 digs in a victory over Indiana South Bend. She also had 17 kills in a 3-1 win over Judson.
Ines Marques - women's volleyball setter
Marques averaged 5.57 assists and 1.71 digs per set over three St. Ambrose victories. She had 30 assists and nine digs against Indiana Northwest, and 25 assists and nine digs in a win over Indiana South Bend.
Oct. 28
Joe Campbell - men's soccer offensive
Freshman Joe Campbell had a break-out week for the Bees as he recorded a goal and an assist in a 8-1 victory over St. Francis to start the week. To round out the week, Campbell registered his first career hat trick vs. Calumet in the team's 9-0 over the Crimson Wave. This hat trick was the first of the season for SAU.

Kaitlyn Brunson - women's soccer offensive
Brunson claims back-to-back honors as she played part in three of the Bees five goals with a 5-0 shutout decision over Trinity Christian. The senior registered two goals and one assist.
Oct. 14
Kaitlyn Brunson - women's soccer offensive
Brunson netted two goals and added an assist in a 3-1 victory over IU-Northwest. That came as part of a two-goal, two-assist week for Brunson.
Sept. 23
Caleb Colgan - eSports League of Legends
Colgan helped St. Ambrose defeat Grand View in Week 2 of the Heart of America season.
Eli Elliott - men's soccer offensive
Elliott netted three goals through two matches. He scored two goals to earn the Bees a draw at Hannibal-LaGrange. In a 5-1 loss to #3 Bethel (IN), Elliott scored a goal early in the second half to tie thing at 1 apiece before the loss.
Sept. 2
Luke Benes - men's cross country
Benes finished third out of 134 runners at the St. Francis (Ill.) Twilight Invitational. He ran a 15:35.2 over the 5K distance, finishing just six seconds behind the overall winner.
Aug. 26
Kenia Diaz Vega - women's volleyball defensive
Diaz Vega averaged 5.27 digs per set over four matches for St. Ambrose. She had 29 digs in a five-set win over Wayland Baptist and added 27 digs in a four-set victory over Graceland.
