St. Ambrose competed at both the Jim Duncan Invitational hosted by Drake and the Mustang Distance Carnival & Open hosted by Mount Mercy over the weekend.

The Bees hit three NAIA B standards and set a school record in Des Moines, Iowa.

Dylan Grandon set a school record and made the National standard in the 800m. In his first outdoor competition of the year, he posted a time of 1:50.51.

Making his season debut in the 400m hurdles, Ben Wilson hit the B standard with a time of 53.43 to place second.

Finally, the men's 4x400m relay team hit the B standard by finishing in 3:16.38.

The Bees will compete in the Augustana Meet of Champions Thursday and Friday.
