Samson named KCAC Defensive Player of the Week

WICHITA, Kan. - Riley Yanek of Midland University and Maggie Samson of (RV) St. Ambrose University have earned the KCAC Women's Lacrosse Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week honors, respectively, the conference office announced Tuesday. The two student-athletes were selected for their performances from Feb. 22-28 by a vote of conference sports information directors.

Samson made seven saves in St. Ambrose's win over Bethel (Ind.).
