Eleven Bees named KCAC Lacrosse Scholar-Athletes
The KCAC announced that 45 women's lacrosse and 28 men's lacrosse student-athletes have been named 2019-20 KCAC Scholar Athletes. Among the list are six SAU women's players and five men's players.
The six Bees on the women's side are Katie Baranski, McKenna Curzon, Teagan Conroy, Erin Green, Katrina Lisowski and Grace Richardson. The five Bee men are Joseph Henderson, Jake Herman, Sam Kerr, Hayden Latham and Hunter Northway.
To qualify for the honor, student-athletes must have sophomore standing at the start of the sport season, and maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale.
Beginning in the spring 2020 season, the KCAC scholar athlete and scholar team awards are now sponsored by Barnes & Noble College. Barnes & Noble College is now the official campus bookstore and course material provider of the KCAC.
