Four Bees finished inside the top 35 at the Mustang Fall Championship played at Hunters Ridge in Marion, Iowa, Saturday and Sunday.

Addy Heineke was the top St. Ambrose finisher. She shot rounds of 98 and 89 for a 184 to end in a tie for 32nd place.

Three other Bees shot a 185. Anna Hurning had rounds of 91 and 94, Gabrielle Langlois carded a 92 and a 93, and Aleanna Mendoza made a big jump Sunday with rounds of 100 and 85. Caitlin McDonagh also climbed the leaderboard on Day 2. She followed her 98 Saturday with an 89 to finish in a tie for 38th with a 187.

SAU placed seventh with a 732 (376-356). Park, which had the medalist and individual runner-up in the lineup, won the event with a 636 (326-310).

Playing as an individual, Tavia Dowell shot a 200 with back-to-back 100s.

The Bees return to action next Sunday and Monday at the Duhawk Fall Invitational, played at The Meadows in Asbury, Iowa.
