Action will take place inside SAU's Wellness & Recreation Center.

The Championships begin Friday with the first event of the women's pentathlon taking place at 1 p.m. The men's heptathlon will start at 1:15 p.m. Friday's track events are slated to begin with the 4x800m relay at 4 p.m. At the same time, the weight throw will get the field events underway. Friday's action is scheduled to end around 7:15 p.m.

A busy Saturday will begin with the men's 60m hurdles of the heptathlon starting at 10 a.m. Track and field events are scheduled to start at noon with the mile, triple jump, shot put and women's high jump slated as the first events of the day.

Championship awards will be presented around 4:30 p.m. Saturday. The top-three finishers in each individual event will earn all-conference recognition.

Olivet Nazarene is the defending champion on both the men's and women's side. St. Ambrose last hosted the event in 2023.
