Nine Bees named NAIA Scholar-Athletes

The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) released the 2023 Daktronics NAIA Men's and Women's Cross Country Scholar-Athletes. St. Ambrose had nine student-athletes make the list.
Representing the women's team were Jayne Eilderts, Loryn Heil, Allison Hein and Michaela Pieroni. Nathan Boleyn, Kale Cartee, Ian Eller, Bryan Flentge and Chris Miserendino were named to the men's team.
A total of 626 women and 491 men were named to the team. In order to be nominated by an institution's head coach or sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport and have attended one full year at said institution.
