Miller, Butler named Outdoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week

CHCAGO --- Top-5 efforts from Gabbi Butler (Middleton, Wis.) and Annah Miller (Manito, Ill.) during the seven-day period ending April 10 have enabled St. Ambrose University to sweep the latest round of Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Women's Outdoor Track & Field Athlete of the Week honors, the league office announced on Wednesday.
Bees battle in Concordia Invitational

CHICAGO --- One of the best marks in the NAIA this spring was recorded by St. Ambrose University's Mick Saloninas (Downers Grove, Ill.) and Annah Miller (Manito, Ill.) earned a pair of first-place finishes. For these performances, both individuals were recognized by the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference on Wednesday as the weekly men's outdoor field and women's outdoor field athletes of the week, respectively.
Fighting Bees take on CCAC Indoor Championships

The St. Ambrose indoor track and field teams headed over to Bourbonnais, Ill. to compete in the CCAC Indoor Track & Field Championships, hosted by Olivet Nazarene. The Fighting Bees put forth some great performances and both men's and women's squads had All-Conference performers by the end of the meet.

The Fighting Bee Invitational took place at the Roell Indoor Track, marking the final meet hosted by St. Ambrose for the 2022 indoor track season. The meet was a big one, with 15 teams competing in the two-day meet.

The St. Ambrose track & field teams returned from the holiday break to host the Battle in the Hive Saturday at the Roell Indoor Track. Seven teams traveled to Davenport to take part in the meet to mark the biggest meet of the young indoor season for the St. Ambrose squads.
