Twenty-one Bees named Track & Field Scholar-Athletes

NAIA Women's Track & Field Scholar-Athletes

The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced the 2023 Daktronics NAIA Men's and Women's Track & Field Scholar-Athletes. There were nearly 1,900 student-athletes named to the teams, including 21 Fighting Bees.

Luke Benes, Nathan Boleyn, Kale Cartee, Bryan Flentge, Hunter Kasap, Noah Maske, Alec Seifert, Ben Wilson and Anthony Woods were named to the men's team. Madi Blumhoff, Gabbi Butler, Anna Dunne, Jayne Eilderts, Megan Jansett, Jadie Knecht, Katie Lambrecht, Lily Olsen, Anna Pierce, Michaela Pieroni, Tara Ryan and Olivia Sobieszczyk were selected to the women's team.

In order to be nominated by an institution's sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport and have attended one full year at said institution.
