Six Bees recognized on Senior Night

The Bees swim and dive team hosted a home meet vs. Augustana where St. Ambrose topped the Vikings through 30 events. The women raced to the top with an overall team score of 120 points while the men won by a substantial margin with 159 points, both with several top finishers. Also, the Bees recognized their six seniors at Central Natatorium on Friday night.

For the women's side, two seniors were recognized in Molly Duehr and Audra Shoop. Duehr is a senior from Dubuque, Iowa who is majoring in business sales. While, Shoop is a senior from Ludington, Mich. who is majoring in nursing with a minor in biology.

For the men's side, four seniors were recognized in Devon Gaber, Truitt Landolt, William Walker-Rozo, and Garret Sims. Gaber is a senior from Rhinelander, Wis who is majoring in mechanical engineering. Landolt is a senior from McFarland Wis. who is majoring in political science and international studies. Walker-Rozo is a senior from Minot, N.D. who is majoring in marketing and sales. Lastly, Sims is a senior from Batavia, Ill. who is majoring in sports management.

St. Ambrose is set to compete next on Wednesday, Feb. 14 at the Liberal Arts Championships to start their postseason. This meet is held in Hobart, Ind. at Hobart Aquatic Center and stretches through Saturday, Feb. 17.
