Eighteen Bees named NAIA Scholar-Athletes
Women's Soccer Scholar-Athletes
The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) released the 2023 Daktronics NAIA Women's Soccer Scholar-Athletes. St. Ambrose had 18 student-athletes named to the team.
Representing St. Ambrose were Lauren Bendall, Genevieve Bowyer, Kaitlyn Brunson, Isabella Crawford, Taylor DeSplinter, Daniya El-Zein, Mary Evans, Jenna Horst, Kylie Hulsbrink, Maggie Konczak, Aubree Langan, Emily McAvan, Abby Messina, Nuria Montouto, Anna Verry, Kendall Wendt, Rachel Willette and Haillee Wilson.
A total of 1443 student-athletes were named to the team. In order to be nominated by an institution's head coach or sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport and have attended one full year at said institution.
