Brunson claims Player of the Week honors
Kaitlyn Brunson was named the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week, the league announced today. This is Brunson's second Player of the Week honor in 2023.
The junior from Marion, Iowa scored her second hat trick of the season in the 11-0 victory over Holy Cross on October 7. Brunson also had an assist against Holy Cross and had one in the 2-1 victory over Indiana Northwest on October 3.
Brunson now has nine goals on the year to lead the Bees and has 22 points, which is a team-best.
St. Ambrose is 7-4 overall and 5-1 in conference.
