Hoesly earns Heart Offensive Player of the Week honors
Lauren Hoesly has been a strong force for the women's lacrosse team the last five years. This year in particular she is really coming to the forefront of the program. Now, she has been tabbed the Heart Offensive Player of the Week honors from her performance vs. Mount Mercy.
Hoesly helped her team defeat conference foe, Mount Mercy, 22-7. In her standout performance, Hoesly scored five goals and collected four assists. This moved her to the all-time career points leader for St. Ambrose women's lacrosse.
This year alone, Lauren Hoesly has scored 23 goals and earned 18 assists. That puts her at a total of 41 points on the season.
