Wiltrout earns Player of the Week honors
Maddie Wiltrout was named the Heart of America women's lacrosse offensive player of the week, the conference announced on Monday.
Wiltrout helped SAU earn the No. 2 seed in the Heart Conference Tournament by scoring seven goals in the 17-6 win over Culver-Stockton. The seven goals tied a season-high for Wiltrout. She also added an assist, three ground balls, and five draw controls in the victory.
Wiltrout is the team leader in goals, with 37 this season. She has 43 points on the year and has won 72 draw controls.
St. Ambrose will take on William Penn on Wednesday, April 19th at 7 p.m. in Davenport to start the postseason.
