Zac Exume named head women's basketball coach

St. Ambrose Director of Athletics Mike Holmes announced today Zac Exume has been named the University's head women's basketball coach. He will begin his duties Apr. 24.
Six named NAIA Women's Basketball Scholar-Athletes

The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced the 2022-23 Daktronics NAIA Women's Basketball Scholar-Athletes. There were a total of 873 student-athletes named to the team, including six Fighting Bees - Kaitlyn Brunson, Halle Ciesielczyk, Abby Lundquist, Anna Plumer, Jaynee Prestegaard and Mel Stewart.
Prestegaard, Wolter, Plumer honored by CCAC

Two St. Ambrose seniors and a freshman were honored by the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) as the conference announced its postseason women's basketball awards. Senior Jaynee Prestegaard was named second team all-conference, Abby Wolter was selected as the league's freshman of the year, and Wolter and senior Anna Plumer earned all-CCAC honorable mention.

Prestegaard reaches milestone in win at Cardinal Stritch

Already tying a pair of single-game school records this season, Jaynee Prestegaard reached a career milestone Wednesday. The senior forward, who matched school records for field goals made without a miss and blocked shots in a game, netted her 1,000th career point in the Bees' 63-49 victory at Cardinal Stritch. She is the 35th player in program history to hit the mark.
