Hudson, Zielonka named NAIA Scholar-Athletes

The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced the 2023 Daktronics NAIA Men's Volleyball Scholar-Athletes. There was a total of 159 student-athletes named to the team, including Ryan Hudson and Mikolaj Zielonka from St. Ambrose.
Fox named first team all-CCAC

Nick Fox capped his St. Ambrose career by earning first team all-CCAC recognition as the conference announced its postseason men's volleyball awards.
Season ends in CCAC Tournament

St. Ambrose put up a good fight. But it just wasn't enough. The Bees saw their season come to an end in a 25-22, 25-18, 20-25, 25-19 loss at Judson in the first round of the CCAC Men's Volleyball Tournament Tuesday night.
Bees clinch postseason berth with five-set comeback

The Bees sure didn't make it easy. Down two sets and a pair of match points, St. Ambrose rallied for a thrilling 22-25, 23-25, 27-25, 25-18, 15-10 win at Cardinal Stritch Tuesday night. The victory guarantees SAU a spot in the upcoming six-team CCAC Tournament.

Fox named CCAC Defensive Player of the Week

CHICAGO --- Olivet Nazarene University's Jake Ostema (Orland Park, Ill.), St. Ambrose University's Nick Fox (Elmwood Park, Ill.) and Cardinal Stritch University's Jake Evanish (Chicago, Ill.) are the latest recipients of men's volleyball weekly awards presented by the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference. The announcement was made on Tuesday morning by the league office.

St. Ambrose dropped both matches at a tri-match hosted by Clarke in Dubuque, Iowa, Saturday. The Bees fell to the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy 25-19, 25-21, 21-25, 25-12 before later losing to Clarke 24-26, 26-24, 18-25, 25-21, 15-9.

SAU drops CCAC match at Roosevelt

St. Ambrose let a set point slip away in the opening set. And even though the Bees rebounded to win the second, they ultimately fell in four sets at Roosevelt Tuesday night. The 27-25, 21-25, 25-15, 25-21 loss dropped SAU to 4-13 overall and 3-4 in the CCAC.
