Woods named CCAC Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week

CHICAGO --- A pair of Paytons have captured the latest round of Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference men's outdoor track & field weekly accolades, the league office announced on Wednesday. Securing the honor for Olivet Nazarene University was Payton Domagalski (Columbus, Ohio), while Payton Woods (Rock Island, Ill.) did so for St. Ambrose University.
SAU takes part in Augustana's Meet of Champions

This past weekend the Bees competed in the Meet of Champions at Augustana College. The Men's team placed seventh (out of 25) with 56 points and the women were fifth (out of 22) with 62 points.
SAU competes in Jim Duncan Invite and Mustang Open

The Bees competed in the Jim Duncan Invitational at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, and in the Mustang Distance Carnival at Mount Mercy University in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, over the weekend.
Miller and Reemtsma named CCAC Athletes of the Week

CHICAGO --- Recording some of the best marks in the NAIA this spring, St. Ambrose University's Annah Miller (Manito, Ill.) and Will Reemtsma (Davenport, Iowa) have been named as the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) Women's Outdoor Field Athlete and Men's Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week, respectively, for the seven-day period ending April 7, the league office announced Thursday.

Track and field look to continue success at Nationals

Coming from much success in the CCAC Indoor Championships, the Fighting Bees track and field teams head to Brookings, S.D. to compete at the NAIA Indoor Track & Field Championships. These athletes will compete at the Sanford Jackrabbit Athletic Complex from Feb 29 – Mar. 2.
15 Bees qualify for the NAIA Indoor Track & Field National Championships

15 Bees will be traveling to Brookings, S.D. Feb 29-Mar. 2 to compete in the NAIA Indoor Championships. This meet will be hosted at the Sanford Jackrabbit Athletic Complex.
Men second, women third at CCAC Indoor Championships

The Bees competed in the CCAC Indoor Championship this past weekend in Bourbonnais, Ill. The Men took home second place (out of eight) with 230 points. The Women were third (out of eight) with 141.5 points.
Reemtsma named Outstanding Track Event Performer of CCAC Championships

Will Reemtsma was named the Outstanding Track Event Performer of the CCAC Men's Indoor Track & Field Championships after leading St. Ambrose to a runner-up team finish.

Seniors recognized at SAU Tune Up

At the SAU Tune Up, all track and field seniors and graduate students were recognized. A total of 15 seniors were recognized for their dedication to the track and field program.
Bees host SAU Tune Up

The Bees hosted the SAU Tune-Up for Senior Night Saturday. The Women took home first place (out of six teams) with 198 points while the Men finished in second place (out of seven teams) with 146 points.

CHICAGO --- Leading their team to a meet title on Saturday, St. Ambrose University's Will Reemtsma (Davenport, Iowa) and Josh Mottet (East Moline, Ill.) have been named the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Men's Indoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week, respectively, for the seven-day period ending Jan. 28, the league office announced on Thursday. For Mottet, it marks the second week in a row that he was chosen.
