Rudd sets school record; Bees take on Indoor Nationals

Four Bees from the St. Ambrose men's indoor track and field competed at the NAIA Indoor Championships in Brookings, S.D.

Competing in two events was Will Reemtsma, taking on the 60m hurdles and the 400m dash. Reemtsma bolted to an 8.51 time in the hurdles to finish 31st and then clipped a 50.94 time in the 400m dash to place 24th.

St. Ambrose sent two throwers in the shot put. Mick Saloninas placed 16th with a 15.68m throw while Jonah Wilson placed 21st with a 15.51m throw in his first nationals appearance.

The St. Ambrose Fighting Bees track and field teams will now turn their attention to the outdoor season, which will begin in late March.
