St. Ambrose has 24 named NAIA Scholar-Athletes

NAIA Men's Swimming & Diving Scholar-Athletes

The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced the 2022-23 Daktronics NAIA Swimming & Diving Scholar-Athletes. More than 265 student-athletes were recognized, including 24 Fighting Bees.

Anthony Erramouspe, Juan Gomez, Mikhi Hassim, Ryan Joehl, Brett Jones, Petter Kolaas, Truitt Landolt, Mason Lee, Egoitz Munoz Moreno, Benjamin Patterson, Khalil Ruiz, Blake Tyler and Nikolai Valencia were the NAIA-leading 13 Bees to make the men's team. Leyre Antonanzas, Molli Baumann, Valentina Espinosa, Allison Fellner, Jade Hoogestraat, Aimee Howard, Caitlin Pieroni, Madeline Piper, Rylie Steinkamp, Amber Warak and Lauren Williams were the 11 SAU women's swimmers to be named to the team.

St. Ambrose's 24 total Scholar-Athletes finished second to only Keiser among all NAIA institutions.

In order to be nominated by an institution's sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport and have attended one full year at said institution.
