Bio

Jon Paul was named head coach of the men's lacrosse program in the summer of 2021.

Paul led the Fighting Bees to the top-spot in the NAIA national rankings for the latter half of the 2022 season. In addition, the 2022 team went undefeated in conference play and secured a berth in the 2022 NAIA National Tournament.

He has been a part of the St. Ambrose men's and women's lacrosse programs for the past three years, working as the defensive coordinator for both programs since 2018.

Prior to St. Ambrose, Paul garnered four years of coaching experience with LaxFactory as an assistant coach. He also spent the spring of 2018 as an assistant coach at Grayson High School, his alma mater.

A native of Grayson, Ga., Paul was a three year varsity lacrosse player for Grayson High School. He received an athletic scholarship to NCAA Division II Shorter University in 2013, where he played four years as a midfielder and served as a captain his senior year.
