Tigges named CCAC Golfer of the Week
CHICAGO --- The Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference announced on Tuesday that St. Ambrose University's Jared Tigges (Carroll, Iowa) has been named the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Men's Golfer of the Week.
Tigges posted two rounds in the 70's to earn the distinction. The graduate student placed in a tie for third place among 80 golfers at the Verhille Invitational this past Wednesday, where he shot rounds of 72 and 75 at the event.
As a team, St. Ambrose recorded a sixth-place finish among 14 schools.
