CHICAGO --- A pair of four-hit games by St. Ambrose University's Adrian Zietara (Chicago, Ill.) and a ten-strikeout performance from Saint Xavier University's Nico Saldias (Ajax, Ontario) have earned the pair Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Baseball Player and Pitcher of the Week accord, respectively, it was announced on Tuesday by the league office.

Zietara batted .727 (8-of-11) over his three games on the week with a pair of doubles and four runs scored. He also walked twice.

The senior outfielder's first four-hit game came last Tuesday in a 13-11 win over Olivet Nazarene University. In that contest, he went 4-for-6 with two runs scored.

Zietara then went a perfect 4-for-4 in the back end of a twinbill on Sunday against Indiana University South Bend. Both of his doubles came in that game, a 1-0 victory where he also tallied the lone run.

St. Ambrose went 2-1 on the week and is now 6-4 in league play and 11-19 overall.
