Mel Stewart, Women's Basketball

A senior on SAU’s women’s basketball team, Mel Stewart has been a vital part of the team for the past four years. Currently the basketball team’s record is 4-4. Mel’s favorite game so far of the 2022-2023 season was the Trinity International game because of the team chemistry on the court and on the bench! She chose St. Ambrose University because of the family history that her family has here, as well as the impressive campus and the facilities St. Ambrose has to offer. Mel is currently receiving her masters degree in Criminal Justice in hopes to become a police officer.
