Audrey Pender, Women's Tennis
Audrey Pender, a junior nursing student at St. Ambrose is involved in many clubs and activities on campus including the Women’s Tennis Team. She chose to continue playing tennis at the collegiate level because it is a good way to get involved with others on campus and get to know more people. The professors and staff at St. Ambrose are very supportive in helping their students succeed. The coaches and faculty help Audrey with managing both nursing schools along with competing in tennis matches without falling behind. Audrey’s biggest takeaway from being an athlete on the tennis team is meeting her closest friends while teaching her how to manage her time with all of her activities.
