Leadership Academy
Each student-athlete will be expected to positivelly contribute to the success of St. Ambrose University, the Athletic Department, and your specific program, while committing to develop yourself into a more effective person and leader.
The St. Ambrose University Athletic Department will emphasize our four core values of Trust, Commitment, Respect and Tradition. These core values will be emphasized in everything we do. This will especially be the focus of the St. Ambrose Leadership Academy, in which each student-athlete will participate.
Each student-athlete will be challenged to participate in the following four areas:
| Academic Excellence | Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 - Any semester the student-athlete's progress falls below the minimum, they will be required to attend an academic seminar. If their GPA falls below 2.5, the student-athlete will be required to meet with a tutor at the Student Success Center. |
| Commitment to Service | Participate in a minimum of four volunteer community service projects per year |
| Leadership Development | Attend a minimum of two leadership seminars per year |
| Personal Growth | Attend a minimum of two personal growth seminars per year |
